This morning some clients have reported intermittent issues with buttons in the Denali panel not responding immediately when clicked or delays in loading the panel. The dev team is aware and investigating. Updates will be posted here as they become available.
UPDATE 9:45am PT: The dev team has made an adjustment but remains on high alert. More details to follow.
UPDATE 10:45am PT: The dev team has made an additional round of changes. They remain on high alert. The support team is testing and reaching out to reporting clients.
UPDATE 1:20pm PT: The dev team has tracked down the root cause of the slowdown today. API requests from Salesforce were taking longer than usual to process and timed out. Each time this occurred, the channel processing the request became congested. When this occurred multiple times, the slowdown occurred across multiple channels, affecting clients. While we investigate the cause of the slowdowns, we have increased the timeout limit on our end. This should keep traffic moving and reduce impact on users.
