    The DialSource application in SFDC is taking a while to load. Once the application loads it doesn't connect to our soft phone and the click to dial feature doesn't populate.

    Hi Jeremy, that's expected behavior based on the symptoms of this disruption. We've just put a workaround in place, so your users should see improvement shortly if they haven't already! We remain on alert. I will open a ticket for you so we can communicate more directly.
