    Would this issue potentially be causing multiple calls to be served at once?

    Hi Bradley, if a user clicked Dial multiple times during the slowdown, it's possible that those multiple clicks all got sent at once when the slowdown cleared. If your users are still experiencing issues after ending and restarting their Campaigns, please open a ticket and I will address in greater detail with you!
